Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

1. Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements and our client’s contract specifications.
2. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
3. Provide a reliable, efficient and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
4. Liaise with clients on-site, building trust that leads to dependable, long-term relationships.
5. Maintain Enitial’s credibility by representing the company positively in the field and keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
6. Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed per protocols.
7. Work as part of a team within regions, building morale and offering help and assistance where possible.
8. Report deviations from methods or non-conformances to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers that could affect data integrity.
9. Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements for work procedures.
10. Manage data accurately, reporting to Data Analysts in the required format and timeline.
11. Identify on-site opportunities that could benefit Enitial commercially and improve client sites.
12. Prioritize safety during fieldwork, reporting accidents or near misses immediately to managers and clients.
13. Ensure compliance with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application when working on-site.
14. Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure samples are compliant.
15. Assist with on-site training of new employees, supporting their onboarding process.
16. Complete routine administrative tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks, through central systems.
