Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements and our client’s contract specifications.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
- Provide a reliable, efficient and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
- Liaise with clients on-site, building trust that leads to dependable, long-term relationships.
- Maintain Enitial’s credibility by representing the company positively in the field and keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
- Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed per protocols.
- Work as part of a team within regions, building morale and offering help and assistance where possible.
- Report deviations from methods or non-conformances to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers that could affect data integrity.
- Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements for work procedures.
- Manage data accurately, reporting to Data Analysts in the required format and timeline.
- Identify on-site opportunities that could benefit Enitial commercially and improve client sites.
- Prioritize safety during fieldwork, reporting accidents or near misses immediately to managers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with the ‘Stay Safe’ remote working application when working on-site.
- Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure samples are compliant.
- Assist with on-site training of new employees, supporting their onboarding process.
- Complete routine administrative tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks, through central systems.
