What You’ll Be Doing
·Start in the polishing and finishing team, learning hands-on production skills
·Work on precision-engineered components used in scientific and industrial applications
·Follow a personal development plan to build your:

·Communication skills
·Confidence in the workplace
Who This Role Is For
Ideal for someone who:
·Has completed A-Levels (including subjects like Maths or Physics) or completed T-Levels, BTEC, or Level 2/3 qualifications in something technical
·Technical - Enjoys hands-on work and solving practical problems
·Is looking for a trainee role with full training provided
·Wants to build a long-term career in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations

·Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm
