Catchwork is seeking a Trainee Enforcement Agent Bailiff in Manchester. The role is full-time PAYE, offering a basic wage plus uncapped commissions and overtime with realistic OTE. No bailiff experience is required as full training is provided; a company vehicle and fuel card are included.

Trainee Enforcement Agent Bailiff (Full time)

The position is a full time PAYE Enforcement Agent/Bailiff role in Manchester working for one of the leading debt recovery enforcement companies in the UK. There is a basic wage of between £26,441 and £28,460 and uncapped commission, bonuses and overtime, with a realistic OTE of between £40,000 to £60,000.

No bailiff experience is needed, you will be trained and the training is completely free. However, there are exciting opportunities for already certificated EA’s to join the growing team as well.

YOU MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE (held for at least 2 years). A company vehicle will be provided as well as a fuel card.

Background experience within the following is ideal:

Door security manager, close protection, maritime security :

Police :

Military (Air force, Army, Navy) :

HMP prison (Prison officer) :

In addition, any background where you have to deal with people and difficult situations.

Overview :
