Randstad C&P are currently working with a great client who are looking for a Trainee Electrical Supervisor to join their team in York. This role is based in York/Sheffield for a Blue Chip client at their large office spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the York site, with travel to the Sheffield site every 2 weeks
• Oversee a small team and distribute work accordingly
• Ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is up to date and in line with service level agreements
• Organise Subcontractors and escort on site when necessary
• Provide technical advice when needed to support any team queries
• Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times
• Keep records up to date
• Complete AP Training if the successful candidate does not already have this

Ideal Candidate:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
• 18th edition
• DBS required
• Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment
• Experience of leading a team would be beneficial
