Your Role: As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring Early Years professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable).
2. Guiding apprentices through their educational journey, providing mentorship and valuable insights.
3. Creating and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path.
4. Embedding Functional Skills within the curriculum to enhance learners' overall skillset.
5. Delivering monthly webinars to provide learners with up-to-date knowledge and industry insights.
6. Utilising and developing a wide range of resources and techniques tailored to individual learners' needs.
7. Observing and reviewing work produced by learners to ensure it meets qualification standards and individual needs.
8. Providing insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
9. Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and effectiveness of your workload and practices to ensure outstanding learner experiences.
10. Organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress to facilitate accurate tracking.
11. Visiting and observing learners in their workplace to provide support, gather evidence, and ensure holistic learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience Required for the Early Years Trainer:

1. Relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
2. Understanding of Apprenticeships and Government Training Programmes in Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5.
3. Vocational competence within Early Years/Child Care at Team Leader level or above.
4. A genuine passion for coaching and training.
5. Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within the designated region.
