About the team:

This role will support the electronic activities of the FX Trading desks, with a strong emphasis on emerging spot FX and NDF in London.

Summary of Key Purposes of the Role:

Sitting on the trading floor with the Quant developers and Quant traders, the candidate will be supporting the applications which are part of the FX eMarket Making platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing 1st Line support for electronic trading applications (pricing engines/auto-hedgers/monitoring tools). This will involve investigation into common queries which do not require developers to intervene.
2. Maintaining & improving testing environments
3. Maintaining CI/CD platforms
4. Managing the procedures around software releases to production
5. Attending daily calls with developers/traders to keep up to date with production issues
6. Maintaining application documentation
