Location: Breadalbane Community Campus, Crieff Road, Aberfeldy, PH15 2DU

Salary: £26,165 - £29,390 per year

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

As a Live Active Trainee Duty Leisure Manager, you will embark on a 24-month development programme that provides detailed understanding and experience of operational, service, and management standards necessary to become a Duty Leisure Manager.

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, who work well in a team, and are eager for challenge and innovation.

You will be part of a team leading, directing, and supervising leisure staff, and will participate in broader management functions such as finance and HR. You will ensure high standards of health and safety and customer service, develop and promote activities, and collaborate with Campus personnel to deliver quality services to the local community.
