We're offering a unique Traineeship opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Drug and Alcohol Practitioner.
As part of this traineeship, you'll receive hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable insight into the role. You'll shadow a member of the team who will provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and support, ensuring you receive the training and development needed to become fully competent in the role.
You'll have regular reviews to help you stay on track to successfully complete the traineeship and the compulsory therapy and qualification components (subject to eligibility criteria).
Your time will be split between practical work-based learning and studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.
