Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. The role combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching to help you become a confident, qualified instructor.

We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with full training and ongoing support. Pay is £38 per hour, with flexible working and great earning potential as you build your career in driving instruction.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Able to guide learners through DVSA Parts 1-3.
• Patience, road-safety judgement and coaching confidence essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help learners qualify.
• In-car coaching and classroom support to reinforce learning.
• Deliver structured training and feedback to trainees.
