My Four Wheels, a 5-star driving school with nationwide coverage, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors to join our growing team. The role blends online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching to help you qualify with confidence.

We provide DVSA Parts 1–3 training, ongoing guidance and flexible working; pay is £38 per hour as you start, with clear progression as you gain experience and pass assessments.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to focus on safety and clear communication.
• Willingness to learn DVSA training steps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans, resources and in-car coaching.
• Provide ongoing support to help candidates qualify.
