Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No prior experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support. You will train through our new Training Academy and guide learners through DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured lesson plans.

Earn around £38 per hour with flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, including part-time or full-time options, serving learners within a local radius across the UK.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners across the UK as part of a nationwide trainee program.
• Progress learners through the DVSA stages (Parts 1, 2 and 3) with structured lesson plans and coaching.
• Deliver in-car training at a pace suitable for beginners and support ongoing development.
