Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

You'll train through our Training Academy, designed for complete beginners, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured coaching and lesson plans. Enjoy flexible hours and the potential to earn around £38 per hour while helping learners achieve their license.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide trainee driving instruction and coaching through My Four Wheels Training Academy.
• Teach learners locally within a typical 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time while building client base.
