Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK, offering full training, DVSA guidance, and flexible hours. No prior experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support from day one.

As a trainee, you can earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Training academy is provided to help you qualify quickly.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to trainee instructors under supervision.
• Participate in the Training Academy with online learning, classroom support and in-car coaching.
• Assist learners to pass DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured lesson plans.
