Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing support are provided to help you qualify with DVSA parts 1, 2, and 3.

Training through our Academy combines online learning, live classroom support, and in-car coaching. Typical earnings are around £38 per hour with potential to reach £39k–£50k annually depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No previous driving instructor experience required - full training provided

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally (typically within a 30-minute radius, covering 6–8 postcodes)
• Assist learners through practical training as part of the training academy
