Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. You’ll train through a dedicated Training Academy with online learning, live coaching and in-car instruction, supporting DVSA Parts 1–3 readiness.

No experience required, full training offered, and the role covers nationwide opportunities with flexible hours. Earn typically around £38 per hour per lesson, with potential annual earnings rising higher as you build hours (32 hours/week ~£39k, 40 hours/week ~£50k+).

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach driving locally (typically within a 30-minute radius, covering 6-8 postcodes).
• Train through the My Four Wheels Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.
• Deliver DVSA test preparation and use provided lesson plans and resources.
