Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Earn while you learn by delivering lessons at typical rates around £38 per hour, with earnings potential reaching £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked. Learn through DVSA-aligned training, start earning sooner after completing the Trainee License step, and choose hours that fit your life while

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally, typically within a 30-minute radius.
• Provide structured in-car coaching and DVSA-aligned training.
• Deliver lessons at agreed rates and support trainees through the program.
