Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors, recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Average lesson rate is around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours, local teaching within a 30-minute radius, and dual-control car options are available.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive to DVSA standards within a local radius.
• Provide structured lessons and feedback to learners.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
