My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors to join a nationwide network of 500 instructors. We provide full training, DVSA-aligned coaching, and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach £39k annually at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week, depending on hours and location. Training Academy opens new career paths with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Recruit trainee driving instructors across the UK.
• Deliver comprehensive training with ongoing support through the Training Academy.
• Teach learners locally within a ~30-minute radius and adapt to flexible hours.
