Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with DVSA pathway guidance and a structured coaching program to help you qualify.

Earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach £39k+ yearly at typical 32 hours/week, and even higher earnings at 40 hours/week. Join our Training Academy and start a new, flexible driving career nationwide.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive under supervision and provide structured feedback.
• Support learners through DVSA training and coaching to reach Part 1, 2 and 3 requirements.

Skills
