My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

In this role you’ll earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach £50k+ when working 40 hours per week; flexible hours available including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and part-time or full-time shifts across a

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new driving instructors through DVSA training tracks.
• Provide structured in-car coaching and lesson plans.
• Support trainees with ongoing development and job readiness.
