Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Earn around £38 per hour on lessons, with potential to reach £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked, and enjoy flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through My Four Wheels Training Academy as a complete beginner
• Provide driving lessons under the DVSA framework
• Cover local areas within a 30-minute radius across postcodes
• Maintain flexible working hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time
