Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour and you can earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week. Training is provided through our new Training Academy, with flexible hours and nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within the area (typically 30‑minute radius).
• Follow the DVSA training route and use provided lesson plans.
