Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support in a role with flexible hours across the UK.

You’ll train through a dedicated academy and guide learners through DVSA stages 1, 2 and 3 to become qualified instructors. Earn around £38 per hour as you start, with potential to reach salary milestones as you gain experience and take on more hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learner drivers within a local area and across the nationwide network.
• Follow DVSA guidelines and adapt teaching methods to individual learners.
• Complete in-house training and progress through the Training Academy to qualify as an instructor.
