Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required as we provide full training and ongoing support, with nationwide scope and flexible hours.

Earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to grow as you train through our academy and start teaching locally within a 30-minute radius after DVSA stages. Training fees may be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with support.
• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius (6–8 postcodes).
• Provide structured in-car coaching using lesson plans and resources.
• Help learners progress and prepare for qualification with confidence.
