Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible hours to fit your life.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings estimates up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week or £50k+ for a 40-hour week. You’ll train in our new Training Academy and progress through DVSA Parts 1–3, with coaching and lesson plans to support you.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• No previous driving instructor experience needed
• Training provided through the academy

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive after completing training
• Deliver lessons within local area (typical 30-minute radius)
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to learners
