Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required as we provide full training and ongoing support, with DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 guidance.

Earn while you learn: lesson rates around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k–£50k+ depending on hours worked, and flexible schedules including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time. Training academy and dual-control car options available.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through our Training Academy to complete DVSA Parts 1‑3.
• Teach learner drivers and deliver lessons once qualified.
