My Four Wheels is a nationwide driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided, with DVSA progression guidance.

Expect flexible hours, competitive rates around £38 per hour and potential earnings of £39k–£50k+ per year, depending on hours worked. Trainees can apply after achieving the DVSA Part 2 license and training fees can be repaid after one year.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence held 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons to learner drivers
• Provide coaching and feedback to help learners progress
• Work with the Training Academy to achieve DVSA qualifications
