Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our new Training Academy.

Expect lesson rates around £38 per hour and earnings up to £39k annually for 32 hours/week, with higher figures for longer hours. Training is designed to take you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with full support.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learner drivers across the UK.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to support safe driving.
