Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet growing learner demand. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with a clear path to DVSA qualifications.

First trainees earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach £39k annually for 32 hours/week or £50k+ for 40 hours/week, depending on market and availability. Training academy starts soon.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided and ongoing support.
• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, and no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.
• Prepare for DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with provided resources and lesson plans.
• Teach locally within a ~30-minute radius and offer flexible hours (weekdays, evenings, weekends).
