Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We offer full training, ongoing support and a chance to earn with flexible hours. No previous experience is required and you can train to DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured coaching.

Earn typically £38/hr on average, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, and higher earnings at 40 hours/week. Join our nationwide driving instructor network and start your career with a supportive academy.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist learners through our Training Academy with DVSA Parts 1–3 guidance.
• Teach driving skills and provide in-car coaching to learners.
• Offer flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.
• Support learners toward earning their driving licence.
