As a Trainee Driving Instructor, you’ll start with comprehensive training, earn potential rates around £38/hr, and work toward earning up to £39k+ per year depending on hours. Training fees may be paid back after 1 year. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured driving lessons to learners under supervision.
• Deliver training as part of the new Training Academy program.
• Support learners to progress towards DVSA licensing requirements.
