Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No prior experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding new career in driving instruction.

Earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours a week, and £50k+ if you work 40 hours weekly. You can choose hours that suit you and train through our academy to gain the DVSA qualifications.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required.
• DVSA requirements apply: full UK driving licence held 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points in last 5 years.
• No driving bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through My Four Wheels Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Help candidates progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured lesson plans.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
