Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No prior driving instructor experience is required because we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy. Typical earnings start with lesson rates around £38 per hour.

You can earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours per week, or around £50k+ with a 40-hour week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time, with local teaching

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers across the UK within a typical 30-minute radius.
• Follow DVSA guidance and structured coaching plans to help learners progress.
