Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience needed; we provide full training and ongoing support. You’ll train through our Training Academy and start earning with rates around £38 per hour.

Working 32 hours/week can reach about £39k/year; 40 hours/week can exceed £50,000. You can choose weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time. Teach locally within a 30-minute radius and benefit from dual-control car options via partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Provide structured in-car coaching with lesson plans and resources.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 during training.
