Job summary

My Four Wheels is a nationwide driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career behind the wheel.

Typically you can earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours weekly, or £50k+ at 40 hours. You’ll work flexible hours, teach locally within a 30-minute radius, and benefit from dual-control car options and structured in-car

Qualifications

• No previous experience required - full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Follow DVSA training framework and use provided lesson plans and resources.
• Work with trainees to progress through the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and maintain coaching records.
