Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide across the UK. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided, with lessons typically paying around £38 per hour and potential to earn £39k+ per year for a 32-hour week.

You can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, within a local 30-minute radius. DVSA Part 2 training can be pursued after applying for a Trainee License; training fees may be paid back after one year.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Hold clear communication and patient teaching approach.
• Ability to relate to learner drivers and adapt teaching pace.

Responsibilities

• Train learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured lesson plans.
• Provide in-car coaching and feedback to build driving skills.
• Cover local areas; work with flexible hours and routes.
