Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support. You’ll start earning as you train with our new Training Academy and DVSA prep.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour. 32 hours/week could reach £39k annually; 40 hours/week can exceed £50k. You choose when to work—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time—and train to become qualified across DVSA Parts 1–3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years (DVSA requirement).
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive in local areas within a 30-minute radius.
• Complete DVSA training curriculum through Parts 1, 2 and 3 with support.
• Deliver structured lessons using provided plans and resources.
