Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the United Kingdom. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.

Typical earnings are competitive: lesson rates around £38 per hour, with earnings expected to grow as you gain hours—often reaching £39k per year at 32 hours per week and £50k+ at 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving instruction under supervision as a trainee instructor.
• Complete training and DVSA assessment steps to qualify as an instructor.
• Follow company coaching and lesson plans to develop teaching skills.

Education
