Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding driving career.

Expect flexible hours and strong earning potential: typical rates around £38 per hour, with earnings around £39k per year for a 32-hour week and over £50k with a 40-hour week. You’ll train through our academy and work locally.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years (DVSA requirement).
• No more than 5 penalty points on licence.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons under supervision as you train.
• Support learners to progress through DVSA stages 1–3.
• Adapt lessons to individual learners and local postcodes.
• Promote flexible, part-time or full-time working patterns.
