Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy, designed for complete beginners.

You can earn around £38 per hour in lesson rates, with typical annual earnings of about £39k for a 32-hour week, and £50k+ if you work 40 hours per week. You decide when to work, offering weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points on licence.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons to learners.
• Progress learners through DVSA stages 1–3 with structured coaching.
• Adapt lessons to individual learner needs and ensure safe driving practices.
