Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK, offering full training and ongoing support. No previous experience required, with DVSA Parts 1–3 coaching and a pathway to a license after training.

The role supports flexible hours and local work within a typical 30-minute radius of learners. Lesson rates are around £38 per hour, with potential earnings of about £39k yearly for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week, depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the new Training Academy, with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching to qualify DVSA Parts 1–3.
• Provide trainee driving instruction as part of a nationwide rollout across the UK.
• Enjoy flexible working hours, with options for weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
