Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. You will receive full training through our Training Academy and begin teaching learners as you progress through DVSA parts 1–3.

Typical earnings include an average lesson rate of £38/hour and opportunities to earn up to £39k per year while working around 32 hours per week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, or full-time as you prefer.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA Parts 1–3 preparation with structured in-car coaching.
• Training fees can be paid back after 1 year (details on request).
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners as part of a structured program.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
• Coach learners towards DVSA qualifications and driving test readiness.
