Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we are recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

You'll train through our Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching, aiming to qualify with DVSA Parts 1–3. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earning potential from £39k to £50k+ depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers and conduct lessons as part of the trainee programme
• Deliver structured, safety-focused driving training in line with the DVSA syllabus
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with learners and supervisors
