Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. We provide full training and ongoing support, with earning potential highlighted by typical pay around £38 per hour and up to £39k annually at 32 hours per week, rising to £50k+ at 40 hours.

New Trainee License can be pursued after DVSA Part 2 Training; training academy covers DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured coaching and materials.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; training and ongoing support provided.
• You will train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with lesson plans and in-car coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving skills locally across the UK within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver high-quality instruction as you work flexible hours (weekdays, evenings, weekends).
• Participate in our Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1–3 training with support.
