Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, including DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 as well as structured coaching.

Earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k per year at 32 hours/week, and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time and teach locally within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide full training through our Training Academy and learn DVSA Parts 1–3 with lesson plans and in-car coaching.
• Drive learners locally within a 30-minute radius and support their progress toward DVSA qualifications.
• Operate as a trainee instructor while earning potential increases with hours and progression.
