Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No prior experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support, including access to a Training Academy with structured in-car coaching and online resources.

Earn around £38 per hour in lessons with potential to reach £39k annually at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Work locally within a 30-minute radius, with options for dual-control cars through partners.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training is provided.
• DVSA requirements apply: hold a full UK licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 points, no bans in last 5 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours (weekdays, evenings, weekends) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers once training is completed (Training Academy).
• Drive nationwide coverage with lessons typically conducted within a local radius.
• Provide high-quality instruction and support to learners during the programme.
