Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required and we provide full training and ongoing support.

Earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with potential to reach £39k/year for a 32-hour week or £50k+ at 40 hours. Flexible hours and local teaching within a 30-minute radius are typical, with dual-control car options via partners.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points in the last 5 years.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius (covering 6-8 postcodes).
• Deliver training under the My Four Wheels Training Academy and guide learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Support learners with ongoing coaching and ensure safe, professional driving instruction.
