Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support to help you become a qualified instructor.

Earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with projected salaries of up to £39k annually for 32 hours/week or £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Work flexible hours, with local teaching within a 30-minute radius and dual-control car options through partners.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence held for 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive, delivering structured lessons across local areas within a typical radius
• Provide high-quality instruction and feedback to help learners progress through DVSA stages 1, 2 and 3
• Attend ongoing training and coaching through the My Four Wheels Training Academy to maintain up-to-date driving standards
