Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided, with lesson rates around £38 per hour and attractive salary potential.

You're supported by a new Training Academy designed for complete beginners, with DVSA Parts 1–3 guidance and practical coaching. Flexible hours, local teaching radius, and opportunities to earn £39k–£50k+ depending on hours worked are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons after completing the Training Academy.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Develop skills through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with ongoing support.
