Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with in-car coaching and structured lesson plans.

Lesson rates are around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week or £50k+ for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and training new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK.
• Participate in Training Academy programs that combine online learning, classroom support and in-car coaching to prepare candidates for DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Education

Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years

Have no more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in the last 5 years
